Insurance and Billing
We gladly accept most insurances and will submit all insurance forms to help you recover the most from your benefits. For patients with more than one dental insurance, we only file with two insurance companies. We require all co-pays and deductibles at the time of service. We will do eveything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who need major work a complete treatment plan will be presented to you. We accept many forms of payment: Cash, Checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. Care Credit applicates can get 12 months no interest if they qualify.

Payment Options
Our office accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmericanExpress) and CareCredit. We do not offer in office payment plans. If you have insurance we gladly file, but all copays and deductibles are due at the time of service. If no insurance is involved, a payment is due at the time of service.
